The Towpath Volunteers Fife and Drum Corps will kick off Daffodil Days, an annual community celebration at Parkwood Heights Senior Living Campus, with a parade and performance. The celebration takes place on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Parkwood Heights in Macedon and typically draws hundreds of residents, guests and members of the surrounding community. In addition to their performance, the corps will be at the event to raise funds for a trip to the European Fife and Drum Festival in Tambours de Saint-Tropez in France this September. There will be a 50/50 raffle and Christmas tree ornaments for sale.

During the two day festival Towpath will be marching in three parades, performing at two concerts including a joining performance by all of the attending corps, and attending a Cultural Conference on Musical instruments.
